I bought this as a gift for an 8 year old who’s all into Irish mythology so he’s loving it. It won’t stop him cheating though. The cards themselves look great and were delivered within a couple of days. Definitely recommend buying them.

Great time with our friends and family. We have been lucky enough to have been to many of the places in the game. Brings back great memories and added knowledge. So much fun.
This is the new family favourite with nightly requests to play it. I can’t recommend this enough. I didn’t know what to expect to be honest and once you get into it it’s just so much fun. I say fun, there has been tears, insider cheating and ultimate champion celebrations as well as continued family chats about stealing families. It’s so much fun, really good for young readers too as well as memory. I think everyone can enjoy this game young or old, highly recommend.

This is a brilliant and quite beautiful game which brings our family together. It brings nostalgia as we associate it with family holidays. It brings joy as we play it together and it really teaches us as the simple stories, facts and pictures prompt learning and conversation around Ireland’s history and mythology. I wholeheartedly recommend.
Brought this game over on our hols to visit my Spanish mate and his family, I thought it would be fun to play with his kids who are learning English! My Spanish isn’t perfect and their English is ok but the card game was a genius idea! It brought us all together! It really helped bridge any language barriers! The kids loved it and wanted to play it every day and they were so curious to learn about our culture in Ireland! They can’t wait to visit us and do all the things on the cards like eat boxty and visit Dublin etc! My mate want to buy some for their friends too as it’s really inspired the kids to practice their English and think it will help their friends kids too so don’t be surprised if a lot of orders from Valencia come your way in time for Xmas! Thanks for making our holiday special! We made some cute memories and the game really helped us bond with their kids!
We absolutely love this game. We play after dinner with our kids and anytime we have friends over too. We recently brought it to Spain where we played it with our friends from Madrid with younger kids who don't speak much English. It was such an amazing ice breaker. Our kids were teaching each other words in each others language from the game and even teaching each other more complex sentences like "do you have" and " please give me". It was amazing to see how the game brought the kids together with very little common language. They all had so much fun and it really encouraged them not to be afraid to try new language. As a language teacher myself I can see the benifits of using this game to teach any language to adults or children in such a fun and engaging way. The children from Madrid were especially interested in the Halloween customs in Ireland that they saw in the game and made their mama promise to take them to Ireland to celebrate next year!
This is the perfect way to teach kids a bit about Ireland and to have some family fun at the same time.
The game is great fun for all ages and is easy to understand so young ones will love it too.
There's look and a texture about these cards which make me feel at home and a sense of learning for which my children have a growing appetite. It solves my Christmas present worries too for an array of nephews and nieces and Santa Klaus will be happy to be getting such a lot of praise and gratitude silently showered upon himself and his reindeers.
What a wonderful way to prepare a trip to Ireland! We played the game with my two children aged 8 and 12 before our holidays. The children were so exited to discover the places displayed in the cards, the whole trip was like a treasure trail.
I warmly recommend the game to anyone travelling to Ireland.

Really great to expose people to Irish culture. Had lots of mid game talks about the different stories of Fionn Mac Cumhaill and Cú Chulainn and more.

My son is American, and I really want him to know about the culture, history and traditions of Ireland. Happy Clan does this 100%. It’s fun, interactive and above all represents all that is great about Ireland. An ideal Christmas gift!
I bought two games so I have one at our home and the two grandchildren have one at theirs. They participated in the “Kids Camp” during Milwaukee Irish Fest Summer School in August and now have more knowledge and interest in all things Irish including Happy Clan.
